Industrial patent granted for Real Estate Advisory Drone system!

As part of its continuous scientific and technological research activities, QBT Sagl with Campus Ludes signs the agreement for the creation of the Science Adventure SciA LAB!

The Science Adventure SciA LAB will be a centre of excellence dedicated to the application of information technologies in the fields of human and medical sciences, with a focus on telemedicine, 3D printers, augmented reality and 0G flights.

Research groups will be set up in the HealthCare disciplines of Psychology, Physiotherapy and Human Physiology and groups related to 3DPrinting , Virtual/Augmented Reality and Behavioural AI technologies.

QBT joins RINA Prime Value Services, a leading Italian multinational group active in the field of real estate valuation and technical certification, with a focus on technological innovation and sustainability.
Thanks to this operation we will be able to undertake an important process of strengthening and expanding our perimeter both in terms of services/products and geographically, to the benefit of our clients.

QBT appears on the Magazine Ticino Online and tells about the birth of the RealEstateAdvisoryDrone (RE_ADV) project, which sees at the forefront the collaboration with SUPSI and ScienceAdventure, Innosuisse and RinaPrime Value Services.

The project consists in the development of an autonomous flying drone and its recognition software based on Artificial Intelligence, capable of carrying out property surveys and inspections inside buildings.

The technology inside the drone enables it to automatically analyse the videos and determine the value of the property.

SUPSI (Swiss University of Applied Sciences and Arts) and DECS (Department of Education, Culture and Sport) are organising, together with the Città dei Mestieri della Svizzera Italiana, within the framework of the Skillmatch Insubria project, five interesting workshops to understand the skills required in as many sectors in Ticino: mechanics, IT, banking, pharmaceuticals and construction.

QBT and LATITUDO40 present the new SmartArea service from the collaboration between the two companies active in the Proptech and Space sectors.

The project originates from QBT's consolidated experience in the real estate analysis sector and Latitudo40's geospatial analysis expertise based on the automation of satellite image acquisition and processing processes.

Smart Area is a powerful real estate tool for all those cases where the property is not registered at the land registry office or a real time update is required.

QBT, in collaboration with SUPSI and Science Adventure, received the grant from InnoSuisse for the realization of the Real Estate Advisory Drone project! (RE_ADV)

The project consists in the development of an autonomous flight drone and related AI-based recognition software, capable of carrying out real estate valuations.

The drone has been patented and will be built in the coming months thanks to the QBT-SUPSI team.

For the development of RE_ADV, QBT makes use of the collaboration and skills of RinaPrime Value Services.
