Over the years we have gained a strong experience in the development of algorithms and software in the sector financial (Fintech) and in particular in the sector of non- performing loans of both a mortgage and unsecured nature, risk analysis, valuation of asset real estate (Proptech)is in the field legal (Legaltech).
We have approached the development of our products both through techniques traditional and through the experimentation of new research areas in particular through the use of behavioral models and agent simulation models.

Development of the RE_Advisory Drone project, Real Estate Advisory Drone: an innovative system that, thanks to the use of autonomously guided micro drones equipped with a high resolution camera and proximity sensors, creates extremely detailed maps of internal environments allowing to obtain high resolution images and videos.
These images reworked by specific software, extrapolate the data necessary for the preparation of a real estate valuation, absolutely real, reliable and objective.
The assumption is that the valuation of the property carried out using the traditional method does not take into consideration all the elements useful for determining the real and updated value of the property.
The RE_AdvisoryDrone system aims to provide a product / service, which through the use of micro drones, equipped with multiple functions, can best meet the demands of the Real Estate market, now in complete transformation, guaranteeing a real, reliable estimate. as accurate and current as the real estate asset.
